Thermal Hotel Agreement

CONTRACT


TERMS 1.1. This Callhealer International Health Tourism Ltd Hotel Agreement ('Agreement') is concluded between the following parties.

In this Business Agreement, callhealer international health tourism Ltd and the hotel shall be referred separately to as 'Parties' and jointly 'Parts'.
The object of this Agreement is the provision of accommodation services (“Product”) by the Hotel to customers on the Callhealer International Health Tourism Ltd Sales Platform (“Platform”) in accordance with the terms of this Contract.


3.1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its entry into force and shall remain in force for a period of one year.


3.2. This Agreement has been signed on [DATED] date.


PAYMENT 4.1. Under this Agreement, the Hotel shall pay Callhealer International Health Tourism Ltd a 25% commission ('Commission') on the sale of each Product. The 25% commission received will be charged to the hotel by CallHealer.


4.2. After the guest has left the property, the hotel will upload a copy of the invoice to the Callhealer system or send it by e-mail to info@callhealer.uk. Callhealer will pay the hotel through the STRIPE (www.stripe.com) agency within 25 days of the billing.


4.3. Callhealer International Health Tourism Ltd is obliged to notify the Hotel of any changes and/or updates to the terms and conditions of payment in accordance with technological developments, security measures and company agreements that may occur in the means of payment.

4.4. All commissions and accommodation charges shall be made in euros.

4.5. The hotel's offer to the customer will be in euros and USD, the price of which will not be modified in any way after the customer has purchased it through the Callhealer International Health Tourism Ltd UK system until the end date of the accommodation. Callhealer International Health Tourism Ltd is not responsible for any expenditure incurred by the customer during the stay except for the package purchased by him.

4.6. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the price to be paid to the customer through the Callhealer system no later than 10-15 days prior to the booking date. The cancelled package will not be charged to the hotel in the name of money.

4.7. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a package purchased by the customer 15 days in advance without excuse. In case of cancellation, Callhealer International Health Tourism Ltd UK is liable to pay a 20% commission on the purchased package.

ARTICLE 5.1 Each Party shall be entitled to terminate the Agreement unilaterally at any time, with a notice of 60 days in advance.


5.2. In the event that one party fails to fulfil, breaches or violates any provision of the Agreement, the other party shall give a period of 1 day to remedy the situation by sending a written notice. If this situation continues at the end of this period, the other party may unilaterally terminate the Convention.

6.1. The parties agree that the Callhealer International Health Tourism Ltd Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed via the link https://callhealer.uk, are an integral part of this Agreement and that, where not stipulated in this agreement, the terms and conditions of callhealer international health tourism Ltd shall apply. The Hotel accepts the Terms and Conditions of Callhealer International Health Tourism Ltd and declares and undertakes to prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms and conditions and the terms of the Agreement. Callhealer International Health Tourism Ltd reserves the right to make unilateral changes in such matters as call commission, cancellation/return, right to use the system, membership terms, billing. However, Callhealer International Health Tourism Ltd would notify the Hotel of such changes in such cases and would forward the amended status of the Terms and Conditions to the email address contained in the Hotel's Opinion section of this Agreement.


6.2. Adana courts shall be responsible for any disputes arising.
6.3. Annexes to this Agreement: A. Tax Sheet B. Signature Circles C. Certificate of Activity approved by the Ministry of Health Tourism and Culture D. Authorized name – surname and contact details will be provided.
E. Your hotel will have all the relevant certificates and accreditations.
